The Board of Directors of Elements Financial has appointed John Huesing, an experienced finance professional, to serve as President & Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective June 18, 2024. Formerly, Huesing had served as Interim CEO since Mid-January.
Huesing brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to this position, coupled with a strong record of leadership from his recent role as Vice President and Treasurer at Indiana University Health and formerly as Assistant Treasurer at Eli Lilly and Company. Having served on the Elements board for more than 10 years, Huesing is familiar with the culture, values, strategies, and goals of the organization. This valuable experience made him a natural choice to guide the credit union now.
I am delighted that the Elements Board has given me their vote of confidence to continue serving the credit union as President & CEO. We have tremendous talent and dedication within our company, and it is an honor to be asked to help shape the future here.
Huesing holds a B.S. in Finance and an MBA from Indiana University Kelley School of Business. His prior and current community involvement includes not only his board service for Elements, but also for Indy Chamber and Firefly Children and Family Alliance. He chairs the board of Firefly’s foundation, as well.
